How do I create a training plan?
After signing in, complete the short onboarding to tell us about your goal race, timeline, and running experience. Vici builds a personalized plan for you automatically.
How do I sync workouts to my Garmin watch?
Connect your Garmin account from the app's settings. Once connected, your upcoming structured workouts sync to your watch automatically so you can follow them on your wrist.
How do I connect Strava or Garmin?
Open Settings in the app and choose the service you'd like to connect. You'll be guided through a secure sign-in with that provider to authorize the connection. You can disconnect at any time from the same screen.
How do I reset or change my account?
You can update your profile and preferences from Settings in the app. For account changes you can't make yourself, email us at support@vicirunning.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@vicirunning.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
