Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vici Running mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Vici Running, Inc. ("Vici," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Vici provides training plans and coaching guidance for informational and fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You participate in physical activity at your own risk. Vici is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from your use of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Strava and Garmin. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by Vici Running, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and grant us a license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vici disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
